Starting immediately after school, our children’s after school club allows your child to continue their play while you continue your day.
We cover East Preston Infant & Junior, Georgian Gardens and Summerlea school. For children at East Preston we collect your child from the school and walk them over to Rascals HQ. For children at Georgian Gardens we pick your child up from reception at 3.15pm and transport them to Rascals HQ with the Rascals minibus. For children at Summerlea school we use the same taxi firm to transport children to our venue.
Once at Rascals HQ your child will enjoy a range of snacks and activities until you pick them up.
At our children’s after school club we have a wide range of activities available for 4-12 years of age. At Rascals we work to the playwork principles, which means play is totally child led.
Indoor activities:
Quiet time:
DVD’s and a library are available upstairs for those who prefer a little quiet time.
Outdoor activities:
Weather permitting we will use the school field for many sporting activities and play.
Our children’s after school club provides fun activities and snacks including pancakes, soup, hotdogs, fruit, pizza, crumpets and biscuits. Drinks including blackcurrant or orange squash, water and milk are available throughout the time from the drinks table.
